Hi, my name is Jon Holsten and I appreciate the time you’re taking to review what I can offer as your Realtor®. While you may not know me yet, it’s important that you understand two things:

First, I am not high pressure. A large part of my service is referral based and I am blessed that many of my past clients are now friends whom I value so much. I close roughly 60 to 70 transactions per year, which proves that success for us both is based largely on relationship, great teamwork and excellent service.

The second thing I’d like you to realize is how seriously I take this calling. This is my full-time career and I’m dedicated to making your experience awesome. That said, I can only do so much because this process is about you and your goals. I do not make the final decisions - you do. I’m here to guide and advise, but in the end, I work for you. I never lose sight of that.
