Cottonwood Creek meanders through this large piece of land in the Grants. The seclusion yet close proximity to services, makes this location appealing. Minutes from Baca Wildlife refuge, a large elk herd winters in this area. Mild summers have this property absolutely covered in fields of sunflowers, while winters have snowcapped views surrounding you. Horses, livestock allowed, and the human and dogs have plenty of room to stretch their legs. Hiking, biking, and visiting the famous hot springs in the area, are some of the favorite pastimes of locals. The POA manages a 9 hole golf course, and well maintained tennis courts which are two of the perks, of residing in the community. Both are without additional fees. Roads are well maintained year round, and no need for 4 wheel drive to live here.
